It's now the 7th month of 2020, and the south is really hot so lots of people are at Jacksonville Beaches. Metal detecting this past month I’ve seen lots of sandcastles, sand toys and trash, but not much treasure. Here's to hopefully someone finding something good today!
I've always had a fascination with error coins. So for today's cases we have an error coin in each. One is the 1954 die crack quarter and the other case holds a 1944 nickel with a die crack error. You'll see in the photos below there are only coins for this hunt, which include 4 more silver coins and 1 blank penny.
Remember you can always text the number below for the location or any clues you might need.
There are two cases to be found at this location along with various other items. Looking north and south you’ll find these little secret treasures.
This hunt just as the others will require a detector. Make sure you fill any holes you dig and many thanks for picking up any trash you find along the way as well. Take a photo of where you find the container and text it to the number found on this site (904-201-9047). Feel free to text for clues as well!
Remember all hunts are open to the public.
Good luck and happy hunting!
